Progress of area coverage of crops for Kharif – 2020

Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare, Government of India has released data on the progress in the area coverage for the kharif season of this year. There has been a positive increase in the area under cultivation and the government is looking forward for a bumper harvest this year.
