Bamboo cultivation is rare in our country. Like other crops, it is one of them which is very much essential. But the thing is it didn’t want that much maintenance as other crops also can’t be damaged easily. In the state of Madhya Pradesh, they are promoting this bamboo cultivation. People of that state have given it a new name called “green gold”. The bamboo crop is better in the sense that after planting it once, the farmers can get continuous benefits for a long period. Farmer can plant 625 saplings in one hectare, and they can buy bamboo plants from government nurseries.
