While addressing the 17th Indian Cooperative Congress , Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi discussed about the prime importance of central Govt towards agriculture community . According to him , the Govt is spending around Rs 6.5 lakh crore for farmers annually. Also he asked the cooperatives to become the carrier of different social policy .He suggested to work with transparency and use of digital tools and corrupt free governance . He also told to work efficiently towards the production of oilseed and pulses with a significant increase in number . PM also highlighted the nine years of achievements of Central Govt during his talk. Also he has discussed about increase in MSP , PM KISAN scheme etc.
