Jowar is high in fiber, which can help promote regular bowel movements and prevent constipation, making it an ideal choice to maintain a healthy digestive system. Jowar chaas prepared with added of jowar flour, curd, water, salt, lemon, green chili, black paper, splitted curry leaf and splitted lemon leaf. At first take a medium sized pan and add two glass of water, hit the water on medium flame till it boils, in the meanwhile take another cup of water and add to jowar millet powder.
Aftetthat mix it well without forming lumps, pour the mix into the boiling water and stir continuously to avoid lumps, hit the mix for 10 minutes on a low flame and then allow it to cool. Mix green chili, coriander powder, mango ginger,mint leaf and grind it to paste,then add cumin powder, salt, black salt and pepper powder to the paste, add cooled jowar mixture and six more glass of cold water to the paste and mix it well, you can also add jaljeera powder or chat masala for additional taste instead of roasted cumin powder.
