Food safety in India is the main priority and it is always taken into consideration for more output to the society. Its various governing bodies check the various flow of food and safety-related materials through various modes. In context to this To enhance the score in the national food safety rankings conducted by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), the Delhi government will provide food safety training and certification (FOSTAC) to all food industry operators in the city.
