Block level Watershed Mahotsav was successfully organised at Sipakudapatana village in Krushnaprasad Block of Puri District, under WDC–PMKSY 2.0. The programme featured Lokarpan of completed projects, Bhoomi Pujan for upcoming initiatives and plantation activities carried out through Shramadan. The event was honoured by the gracious presence of Hon’ble MLA, Brahmagiri, along with other distinguished dignitaries.
This event held to foster community participation in conserving water, soil, and vegetation for climate-resilient agriculture. This initiative is part of a broader effort to transform watershed development into a people-driven movement, focusing on both ecological restoration and rural livelihoods.
