Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna (PMFBY) was introduced on 18
February 2016 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. PM Fasal Bima Yojana provides a comprehensive insurance cover against the failure of the crop thus helping in stabilizing the income of farmers.
There are various documents to apply for it like
1- The farmer should have proof of identity like pan card addhar card, etc 2- For the proof of address he should I have a voter card.
3-photo copy of account number besides Proof of sowing of the crop in the field.
The process to apply for it 1- Go to the official website of PMFBY.
2- do the login in the farmer’s section corner of the page and enter all required data and submit it. The link
