As mentioned earlier Odisha has decided to inaugurate the Odisha Agri conclave, Today chief minister Mr. Naveen Pattnaik has stressed upon linking farmers directly to market and removing intermediaries with the objective to improve the income of farmers.
In context to this, he has mentioned that our state’s main objective and motto is to enhance farmers’ income. So we must succeed in the market for the upliftment. We need to streamline their connectivity to the aggregators and processors to play the role of producers. We need to remove intermediaries who don’t add value to the supply chain.
