India Bags The Largest Producer Of Black Rice

According to a report India has bagged the largest producers of black rice in the world. It is immensely cultivated in the northeast part of India like Assam, Odisha ,Jharkhand, etc. Its Latin word is chak-hao. It is rich in nutrients and considered as a superfood of India. The rice is not artificial in colour and very nutritious for our bodies. Odisha is the largest producer of this crop as compared to other state. In Odisha, this cultivation is seen in every district.
