Agricultural farms such as Bayer & grow indigo are helping farmers adopt sustainable practices to generate these credits. “As the number of data centres in the country increases, we are getting more and more enquiries from global majors about purchasing carbon credit,” said Suhas Joshi. When a company buys a carbon credit, it generate approval for generating a tonne of greenhouse gas.
