Department of biotechnology secretary at the center Renu Swarup Tuesday emphasized on helping farmers become technologically empowered, to make India free from hunger and mall nutrition by 2030. She was addressing the 60th foundation day of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar through virtual mode.
Attending the foundation day agriculture and farmers empowerment minister Arun Sahoo appreciated the series of activities and events planned for the silver jubilee. He also sought cooperation from the alumni for further development of the University through MO COLLEGE PROGRAM.
OUAT vice-chancellor Pawan Kumar Aggarwal said this university has produced more than 29000 professional during last 59 years.
