Honorable PM Narendra Damodar Das Modi with union agricultural minister Narendra Singh Tomar has done modifications in the central sector scheme of financing facility under agriculture infrastructure fund.
The mentioned facilities are:1- Eligibility now extended to state agencies /APMC national and state federation of cooperatives of FPOS and SHGs.2- Interest subvention up to 2 crores to an eligible entity of project is approved.3- The third scheme will be enacted on the projects like cold storage, sorting units, silos, etc.4- financial facility extended from 4 years to 6 years up to 2025-26.
