A person named Akshay Shrivastav grew up in UP by watching his father’s occupation that is farming and a very important thing he noticed while his father was cropping is use of chemical fertilizers and he decided to pursue his career in chemical engineering. After getting the degree the 23-year-old has innovated a biofertilizer that he says can help increase agricultural productivity by 35 percent, helping over 3,000 farmers across India. He has developed a market-ready biofertilizer using 60 types of microbes.”
